THE CHANGE FACTOR™ brand was
established in 1999 in the UK. Prior to coming to New Zealand
this resulted in projects in Belgium, Germany, France and throughout
the U.K with a variety of different international and blue chip organisations.
With
significant experience in change related industrial relations
management and numerous best practice leadership development
programmes as well as fast track peer review processes for project
management Martin is able to deliver at all stages of a change
programme. THE CHANGE FACTOR™ differentiates its service from many other change consultants who have
a purely academic or consultancy based background, in that our offer
